What do you charge for postage ?

Free postage for UK only.  The following postage charges will apply outside the UK:

US and Canada  £2.00

Europe  £1.75

Australia  £2.00

For any countries which are not covered above,  please feel free to ask for postage details. All of the above prices cover a parcel holding up to three items; there will be a small cost for additional items. 

How long will it be before I receive my beads ?

From the day payment is received, I try to get orders posted within one or two days. 

How do you package your beads when posting to a customer ?

All of my beads are wrapped securely in bubble wrap and are posted in fully protective jiffy bags.

Do you only sell beads from your website ?

No, I also sell my beads on etsy. I also sell privately if anybody wants one-off commissioned sets or focal beads.

What is your returns policy ?

If you're ever unhappy with any beads you obtain from me, I offer a full refund but only if the beads are returned within ten days and in the condition they were posted to you.

Are all the beads you sell made by you ?

I only sell beads made by me. I have never sold other peoples beads and I have never sold imported beads. Every bead you buy from me has been made by me here in my studio.

Do you make commission beads ?

Yes, I am always willing to take commissions to make unique beads, sets, or one-off focals. The challenge of making commission beads is always one I love to accept.

Are the sizes you state correct ?

I always state the sizes of my beads as accurately as I possibly can.  However, no two beads will ever be the same size as they are hand crafted.  This is part of the unique style that lampwork beads add to a piece of jewellery. So you must always allow sizes to vary just a wee bit.
